Graeme Ham, Vice President of Talent & Culture, AccorHotels

Previously, AccorHotels’ Director of Human Resources for the New Zealand, French Polynesia, and Fiji region, a position he held for 15 years.  Graeme’s Regional HR management experience includes 12 years with Southern Pacific Hotel Corporation (now IHG), where he spent 2  years in Australia, 6 years in South East Asia and 4 years in New Zealand.

Transferred back to South East Asia in mid-2014 and in his current role for AccorHotels, Graeme leads Talent & Culture initiatives in 3 countries – Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore where there are currently over 140 hotels, over 18,000 employees and more hotels to open during 2017.
