Zsanett Maisl, Team Lead Recruitment APAC, Booking.com

Zsanett Maizl is managing one of the regional recruitment teams in Booking.com, APAC. Her team of 5 commercial Recruiters are based in Singapore and Shanghai. Zsanett started her career in Recruitment almost 8 years ago and has been with Booking.com for 5 years. She started off in the headquarters in Amsterdam, where she was recruiting for several departments within the company, such as finance, credit control, account management, strategic partnerships and tech. In 2014 she moved to Singapore to recruit for roles within the SEA market. She has managed several projects such as high volume hiring, system implementation, employer branding activities and is an expert in executing an important part of Booking.com’s formula around being globally scalable and locally relevant.

Since July 2015 Zsanett has been managing a team focusing on commercial, marketing and finance recruitment in the entire APAC region.
