Wanmay works with organisational advisory firm Egon Zehnder. She is a trusted advisor to multinational, mid-sized, and family-owned companies.  She specialises in senior level executive search and executive development in B2C and Digital focused sectors such as Travel, FMCG, Retail and Hospitality.  Based in Singapore, she works globally and across the Asia region.

At Egon Zehnder, understanding and developing people’s skills and motivations, and channeling aspirations to drive organizational success are core to her role today.  Wanmay has an MBA degree from INSEAD, France and a BA in Philosophy, Politics & Economics from Oxford University.
