Lionel Yeo helps APAC hotel chains to engage with their guests, improve their TripAdvisor performance, and use user-generated content to enhance their marketing and conversions. Before joining TripAdvisor, Lionel held various roles in Singapore Airlines including digital marketing, revenue management and serving as the Executive Assistant to the CEO.
