Jessica Bezzina, Director of Human Resources, Expedia Lodging Partner Services

Jessica Bezzina is the Director of Human Resources for Expedia Lodging Partner Services (LPS) in Asia Pacific. In this role, she partners closely with the LPS business leaders to understand the needs of the organization and develop relevant and effective HR solutions for the group’s growing supply team. A full-fledged HR practitioner with a keen business acumen, Bezzina acts as a strategic consultant to the APAC management team across multiple human resources disciplines, including talent management and development, organizational design and effectiveness, reward and recognition and diversity. Bezzina works with an experienced team based across 15 countries who are focused on acquiring new hotel inventory and maximizing hotel partners’ exposure on more than 200+ global travel booking sites.

Bezzina has been with Expedia since 2012 mainly based in the Sydney, Australia office. Prior to Expedia, Bezzina worked in Human resource roles in various industries including Banking, National Power Grid and Cinema entertainment. She has also spent time in London working on the Lloyds and HBOS Integration.

An Australian national, Bezzina moved to Singapore in 2016 with Expedia and has been enjoying being based in the heart of the Asia Pacific region.
